Following a discussion on the
AMSAT-BB, I've decided to post the list of full duplex capable radios here,
on my website. If there's a radio that needs to be added to the list, please
use the Contact Us link above.

"U/V" only. 2m desenses 70 cm downlink on “V/U” satellites like SO-50.
The 70cm amateur satellite subband at 435-438 MHz
is almost a perfect 3rd harmonic from the 2m satellite subband
at 145.8-146.0 MHz - especially with SO-50

I don't see any 'Contact us' link above as stated, so I'll use this. I see the yaesu 51R but not the 50R. Also, I would question the usability of a W31A... while it might do full duplex the arrangement of the knobs make it difficult to operate on sats. (vol/SQL/Tune, etc.) Also, most W32As have desense on Mode VU (SO-50)... only the early models that can open up to RX 800 Mhz with a soft mod don't. They will be 5 digit serial numbers, BUT not all 5 digit serial number models work. There is a lot of confusion on the internet about that. (I know I own a 5 digit W32A and it has desense; so did another one i tried and sold.)
Anyway, might look at the notes here... https://herrons.com/satellite-radios/ older list, but might help to read the comments on specific models. When done, no reason to keep this post, just delete. 73! Kevin N4UFO
Kevin,
thanks for the comments... I'll look at updating the list (I didn't create it :) )
73,
Rob KA2CZU
Of course, now there is the new Icom IC-9700!
Great list. Would be good to know which are SSB capable for linear SATs,
Pretty much only the base rigs have SSB capability
Patrick WD9EWK has tested and shown the Alinco DR-735 will work full duplex for the FM Sats:

You forgot the Yaesu FT7100. Have a used one of those on the way. Looking forward to getting on the satellies with it!
